Automatic Multi-line Lubrication System
In light to medium-duty industries—clearly distinct from heavy industry—machinery is typically smaller and has fewer lubrication points. Choosing the right automatic lubrication system is therefore essential to reduce wear and extend machine life.
Common machines using a multi-point lubrication system include pellet presses, gearboxes, rock crushers, rotary kilns, screw conveyors, mobile cranes, ship steering systems, rudder shafts, rotary filters, and separators used across various industrial processes.
Typically, these machines are lubricated using systems tailored to match the number of lubrication points. These systems range from basic types that use manual force or simple pumps, to advanced multi-line automatic lubrication systems capable of scheduled lubrication, pressure monitoring, and precise control of lubricant quantity.

FLM Model: Features 1–6 outlets, ideal for small-scale lubrication systems. Each outlet delivers up to approximately 0.55 cm³/min and can withstand back pressure up to 50 bar.
FEM Model: Offers 1–12 outlets, suitable for systems requiring higher grease volume. Each outlet delivers up to approximately 1.4 cm³/min and supports back pressure up to 250 bar.
