Lubrication Monitoring System LubeMon
LubeMon is a lubrication monitoring system developed by Assalub, designed to measure and track lubricant delivery in real time for industrial machinery. The system focuses on accuracy and reliability, ensuring that the lubricant is delivered to the intended point in the correct quantity.
🔧 What is LubeMon?
LubeMon consists of a high-precision flow monitoring unit that utilizes an oval gear mechanism with built-in magnets. As the gear rotates, the magnet passes a reed switch sensor, enabling the system to detect the lubricant flow with exceptional accuracy. The measurement data is then transmitted to a control unit, such as the CCMon or CCWMon 20, which displays the data and provides alerts if the delivered lubricant volume deviates from the set parameters.
✅ Advantages of LubeMon
High Accuracy: Measures lubricant delivery with a deviation of only ±3%
Real-Time Monitoring:
Continuously tracks lubrication activity and alerts immediately when issues arise, such as under- or over-lubrication.
Easy Maintenance: Allows inspection and servicing of individual components without shutting down the entire system.
Versatile Applications: Compatible with both automatic and manual lubrication systems.
Durable Materials: Available in stainless steel (AISI 316) and PEEK versions for use in harsh or hazardous environments.
Lubrication Monitoring System LubeMon
Why Choose LubeMon?
For years, engineers have repeatedly questioned the reliability of fully automatic centralized lubrication systems. Many still rely on traditional lubrication methods, despite their higher risks—believing that automated systems cannot guarantee lubricant actually reaches the bearing.
To address this concern, we first developed “LubeRight,” a manual grease volume measurement system. Building on that success, we introduced LubeMon—the first real-time lubricationmonitoring system that can accurately confirm that:
“The right amount of lubricant is delivered to the bearing—every single time.”
LubeMon is the answer to the question no one dared to answer.
It doesn’t just reduce errors—it provides confidence in every lubrication cycle.
This means better machine performance, longer equipment life, and lower maintenance costs over time.
