Single line system for grease
The Single Conductor Lubrication System from Assalub is an automatic lubrication solution designed for simplicity, durability, and high efficiency. It is ideal for industrial applications that require precise and consistent lubrication at multiple points, especially in machinery with several lubrication spots such as bearings, electric motors, fans, and drive chains.
🔧 System Structure and Operation
This system consists of three main components :
- Pneumatic Grease Pump – A high-pressure, air-driven pump that draws grease directly from a standard 16–18 kg drum. This minimizes contamination and simplifies grease handling.
- Progressive Distributor Blocks – These components use a piston-driven mechanism to deliver equal amounts of grease to each lubrication point. If any point becomes blocked, the system will stop operating, allowing for quick identification and resolution of issues.
- PLC-Based Control Unit (CCL Alpha Control Unit) – This unit controls the lubrication cycle based on preset intervals. It also includes alarm functions to indicate low grease levels or any malfunction within the system.
