Thickness Gauge Meter is a tool used to measure the thickness by using ultrasonic wave technology through the object to determine the thickness. without destroying that object It is a device used to measure the thickness of coatings used on surfaces such as paint, powder coating or plating, whether steel. or other thick coatings It is commonly used in industries such as automotive, aerospace, marine and manufacturing.

This gauge meter uses one of two methods to measure coating thickness: magnetic induction and ultrasonic operation.

   In magnetic induction meter A magnetic field is generated by the instrument’s probe system when the probe is placed on a coated surface. The magnetic field interacts with the coating and creates an eddy current inside the probe. The gauge will show the thickness of the workpiece on the screen. of each product model

   COATING THICKNESS GAUGE Ultrasonic meters work slightly differently, generating ultrasonic waves when the probe is placed on the surface to be inspected.  The thickness gauge will send ultrasonic waves through the sensor of the device and when the wave passes through the object to be measured. hit the bottom edge It will be calculated according to the formula of V =S/T, where the speed of each machine is different depending on the equipment used. Both types of gauges provide accurate coating thickness measurements and This enables quality control and guarantees compliance with industry standards.
